Pizza with mozzarella and homemade bacon smoked on beech wood

Necessary ingredients:
– Pizza dough (you can make it yourself or buy a premade one)
– Kosiljak Homemade bacon smoked on beech wood
– Mozzarella
– Tomatoes
– Pesto sauce

Grease the baking pan with little oil. Take a ball-like dough, place it in the centre of the baking pan and using your fingers spread it slowly from the centre toward the edges of the pan. Cover the dough with ketchup and spread the chopped mozzarella on top. Place pesto sauce on each piece of mozzarella.

At the end place the homemade bacon and the tomatoes sliced into circles and season with salt, oregano and basil. If you wish, you can add onion, also sliced into thin circles. Before baking the pizza, the oven must be preheated on 200 degrees. Bake for 15 min.
