Combination of beef and well-chosen natural spices.
It can be fried, baked of cooked. The choice of how you are going to prepare it is all yours.
Our personal favorite is sliced in half, so that the exquisite juiciness of the product can be seen, and placed on cinder for 2-3 minutes. It is best combined with a cold beer.
